  3. Public posts and comments may be shown to other users according to their selected visibility. Private posts are displayed and processed only within the scope described in Article 2(4).
  4. Members must check personal information and third-party rights in content before posting. The Company may limit visibility or remove content for legal, reporting, security, or operational reasons.

Article 7 (Reports and Measures)

  1. The Company may review content based on a report or its own detection of a possible violation.
  2. Depending on the nature and urgency of a violation, the Company may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate the Service agreement.
  3. Where practicable, the Company will provide the reason and a contact method. Advance notice or detailed disclosure may be limited to prevent urgent harm, comply with confidentiality duties, or protect security.

Article 8 (Service Suspension and Changes)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict all or part of the Service due to maintenance, failure, network, power, or external-service disruption, disaster, government action, or another circumstance reasonably beyond its control.
  2. Planned suspensions will be announced in advance where practicable. Urgent or unavoidable suspensions may be announced afterward.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for an interruption or delay caused by a circumstance reasonably beyond its control. This does not exclude losses caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Article 9 (Sign-Out, Withdrawal, and Deletion)

  1. A member may end the current browser session by signing out.
  2. A member may request withdrawal or deletion of personal information through the Service’s stated contact channel. The Company will verify the requester and check legal retention requirements before processing the request.

Private posts, account links, sessions, and operational records are deleted or retained separately according to their purpose and retention requirements.

Article 10 (Operational Records and Notifications)

  1. The Service may process minimum usage records to limit excessive repetition of posts, comments, and likes and to protect security.
  2. If new-post email notifications are enabled in the production environment, a post’s title, body, author nickname, category, app, and creation time may be sent to an email delivery service and a designated operational recipient as needed to deliver the notification.

Article 11 (Liability)

  1. The Company’s liability is governed by applicable law.
  2. The Company does not guarantee continuous or error-free Service operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of information entered by users.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses caused by a user’s responsibility or a circumstance reasonably beyond the Company’s control.

Article 12 (Contact and Dispute Resolution)

  1. Rights reports, privacy requests, and account or content moderation inquiries may be submitted through a private Service post or [email protected].
  2. The Company handles inquiries under applicable law and its internal procedures.
  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction follows the procedures prescribed by applicable law.

Article 13 (GoWait)

  1. GoWait provides customer wait registration, status, cancellation, and notification features, and merchant store, queue, and staff management. The customer website only shows the status of one previously registered wait.
  2. Customers may register without an account. A complete mobile phone number and party size are required, and a name may be required by the store. Customers must enter accurate information and protect their wait access credentials and QR codes from unauthorized use.
  3. Merchants sign in with Google and may also use Sign in with Apple on iOS. Store owners must lawfully manage store information, staff access, and customer information. Staff may use the Service only within the authority granted to them.
  4. Estimated wait times, call notices, and device notifications are provided for convenience. They may change or arrive late because of store operations, connectivity, or device settings, so customers must also check the current status shown in the app.
  5. The apps are provided free of charge and may show advertising in limited customer and merchant screens. Advertising choices and related information processing follow the Privacy Policy.
  6. Users must not access another person's wait, account, or store without authorization; misuse QR codes, access keys, staff join information, or sign-in information; manipulate queues; send excessive automated requests; or interfere with Service operation.
  7. Merchant account and store deletion follows the in-app process for removing staff access and deleting owned stores. The Privacy Policy governs retention, deletion, and privacy-rights requests for wait information.

Article 14 (PlatyHWP)

  1. PlatyHWP is a desktop app that opens, edits, and saves HWP, HWPX, and HML documents. It also provides AI features that read and edit documents. Editing works without an account. AI features require an account created with Google sign-in or, on macOS, Sign in with Apple.
  2. AI features use credits. Credits are deducted in proportion to the actual cost of the AI models used, and the app shows your balance and usage. Each account receives 1,000 credits per month. The monthly subscription (₩3,900 per month) provides 4,000 credits per month. Monthly credits refill at 00:00 Korea time on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
  3. Subscribers can top up credits at 1 credit per ₩1. Purchased credits are used after the monthly allowance runs out. Purchased credits never expire and remain usable after the subscription ends. Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
  4. If credits run out during a conversation, the model call in progress finishes and the next request pauses. Credits overdrawn this way are deducted first from the next month's allowance.
  5. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. After cancelling, you keep subscription benefits until the end of the paid period. Subscription benefits are top-ups, web publishing, and sync across devices. When a subscription ends, published links stop opening but their originals are not deleted, and you can publish them again after resubscribing.
  6. The Mac App Store build is paid through Apple in-app purchase. For direct-download builds, Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record. Payment methods, receipts, and taxes follow each payment provider's terms. Prices are the same in every build, and a subscription belongs to the account, not the build. Cancel a Mac App Store subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Cancel a direct-download subscription from the app's subscription management screen.
  7. Cancellation and refunds work as follows.
    • Refunds for Mac App Store purchases are requested through Apple's refund process, and Apple decides them.
    • For Lemon Squeezy payments, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the credits or subscription benefits from that payment. Request it at [email protected] or through the instructions in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
    • Where applicable law guarantees a refund beyond these cases, that law applies.
    • A refund takes back the credits granted by that payment. Refunding a subscription payment ends the subscription immediately.
  8. AI can produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI results. Review documents the AI has edited before you submit or share them.
  9. You are responsible for confirming your rights to documents you send to the AI or publish on the web, and for the personal information in them. AI requests are sent to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone with the link can view a published document. The Company may stop publishing a document when a rights report or legal violation is confirmed.
  10. You must not bypass payments or credit deductions, send abnormally high volumes of automated requests, or use AI features in violation of law or AI providers' usage policies.
  11. You can delete your account from the app's account menu. Deleting an account removes remaining credits, synced data, and published links, and they cannot be restored. Lemon Squeezy subscriptions are cancelled with the account, but a Mac App Store subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple Account.
