Milcat Account Deletion

You can delete your Milcat account in the app. After signing in, select Settings → Account management → Delete account, then enter the confirmation text “삭제” and follow the instructions.

Before deleting your account

• A household owner must remove all remaining household members before deleting the account. Ownership is not transferred automatically.
• Disconnect any other linked social sign-in provider from Social accounts before deleting the account.
• A subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by account deletion. Cancel it separately in the applicable store’s subscription management screen.

Information deleted

Once any prerequisites are complete, the account and the household, cats, schedules, inventory, health and care records, personal AI chats, and related content owned solely by that account become eligible for deletion.

Records shared with another household may remain with the author-account link removed so that other members can retain their shared context. The author may then appear as “Withdrawn Member.”

Minimum information retained

Minimal non-reversible verification values may remain to prevent abuse and duplicate free-benefit grants. Payment and supply records are kept for five years as required by applicable law; payment-verification values for preventing duplicate processing are held separately until that purpose is fulfilled.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot use the in-app account deletion feature, email [email protected] with the email used to register and a request to delete the account. We will explain the identity-verification and shared-data protection steps.
