- After verifying the sign-in provider’s result, the Company creates the account identifiers needed for the Service or links them to an existing account.

Article 8 (Restrictions and Responsibility)
- Users must not violate law, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt the Service, use another person’s account, distribute malware, or make fraudulent payments.
- Depending on the nature and urgency of a violation, the Company may limit or remove content, restrict functions, suspend an account, or terminate the agreement. Where practicable, it will notify the User of the reason and appeal method.
- The Company’s responsibility is governed by applicable law. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy or completeness of information entered by Users or provided by third parties.
Article 9 (Account Deletion and Loss of Membership)
- Members may delete their accounts through the account-deletion function. If steps are needed to settle shared data or ownership, the Service will indicate them.
- An owner with other members in a Household may need to transfer ownership or settle the membership before deleting the account.
- The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a Member registered false information, interfered with another person’s use, or violated law or these Terms.
Article 10 (Notices to Members)
The Company may notify Members through the Service or through an email address or other contact method held by the Service.
Article 11 (User Content and Intellectual Property)
- Rights in works created by the Company remain with the Company, and rights in User-created content remain with the User.
- The User permits the Company to store, transmit, display, and back up content as needed to provide the Service and to display it to other members within the sharing scope selected by the User. Any use unrelated to providing the Service, such as advertising, will be separately described and consented to where required.
- Content retention, deletion, and de-identification follow these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company receives feedback, complaints, and requests for redress through the Service’s support function or the designated support channel and handles them under applicable law and its procedures.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is determined under applicable law.
Article 13 (Households and Permissions)
- Households use the roles owner, editor, and viewer. Owners and editors may create or edit records within their permissions, while viewers primarily have read access.
- The owner may manage members, roles, Household data, and each member’s AI permission.
- The owner and an editor with permission may invite members. Ownership transfers only through the Service’s explicit ownership-transfer function.
Article 14 (Leaving or Deleting a Household and Shared Data)
- When a member leaves or is removed from a Household, that member’s personal AI conversations are deleted, while records and household chat created together may remain as shared data.
- An owner cannot immediately leave a Household with other members. Ownership transfer or member removal may be required first. A Household with only its owner may be deleted through a separate confirmation in the Service.
- When a Member deletes the account, the Member’s personal data becomes subject to deletion. Records shared into another Household may remain for joint use, with the link to the author account removed.
Article 15 (Author Labels)
An author who left or was removed from a Household but whose account link remains may be shown as “Former Member.” An author whose link was removed by account deletion may be shown as “Withdrawn Member.” These labels preserve the context of shared records.
Article 16 (Chat and AI)
- Household chat is shared with members of that Household. Personal AI conversations and their search or proposal data are not disclosed to other members.
- AI permission is managed separately from Household role and may be managed by the owner. AI credits are shared at the Household level.
- An AI-proposed record change or schedule or notification action may run only after confirmation or approval by a member with permission.
Article 17 (Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds)
- Paid subscriptions to the Service (“Subscriptions”) and AI credits are purchased through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store or Google Play (each, a “Store”).
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription period, price, and included features are as shown on the purchase screen and in the applicable Store.
- A Subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is billed to the Store account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be reviewed and canceled in the subscription settings of the Store where they were purchased. After cancellation, subscription features remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app from a device does not cancel a Subscription.
- Deleting a Service account does not cancel a Subscription paid through the App Store; the Member must cancel it in the App Store subscription settings. For a Subscription the Member paid for through Google Play, the Company requests cancellation when the account is deleted. Subscriptions paid for by another person are not canceled.
- AI credits are consumable items deducted each time AI features are used. They are added to the Household for which they were purchased and are used in that Household. When a Household is deleted, its remaining AI credits expire and cannot be restored or moved to another Household. When a Member deletes the account, credits in any Household deleted along with the account, and purchases not yet added to a Household, also expire.
- Refunds follow the applicable Store’s refund policies and procedures, and Members may request a refund from the Store where they made the purchase. If a Store approves a refund, the AI credits added by that purchase are deducted. This Article does not limit any rights users have under applicable law, including the right to withdraw from a purchase under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 18 (Attachment Retention)
Uploaded files not linked to a message may be deleted after 24 hours. Original attachments linked to a message may be deleted after 90 days. Derived text, transcripts, and metadata may remain for the retention period of the related message.
Article 19 (Device Permissions and Calendar Copy)
- The Service requests device permissions for photo selection, camera capture, audio recording, notifications, and device-calendar functions only when the related function is used. Functions that do not need a permission remain available when the User declines it.
- Calendar integration creates or updates a device copy of Service schedules. Existing device-calendar event content is not sent to the Company’s server, and Service schedules remain managed by the app as the source.
Article 20 (Safety and Responsibility)
Cat-care, feeding, inventory, and health records depend on information entered by Users. AI output and app calculations or notifications are for reference only and do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or important payment decisions. Users should review source information and consult a professional before important medical decisions and review the applicable store’s guidance before important payment decisions.
